Over time, numerous resources have emerged that have undoubtedly enhanced and diversified amateur astronomy. These tools today are within the reach of almost any fan and allow both adults and children to marvel at the stars and science in general, with a strong emphasis on the use of new technologies.
That is why this section lists some of the most important ones, divided into: reading material (books), multimedia material (documentaries and series) and computing material (software), which you can access from the side column. Some of these resources are my own authorship, and have been created as part of my work in the Dissemination area of the Astronomy Unit of the University of Antofagasta.
The resources described here may grow in the future, as new and better tools appear for the hobbyist. If you have any suggestions to include among the educational topics addressed here, or contribute with a specific tool, you can also contact me.
